1-Room-apartment (35 m²) with shower, WC, single kitchen, Queensize-bed for 2 persons and additional bed (sofa perhaps for child) has been established brand new for your personal convenience. The enviroment is in a quiet residential area close to the city limit. You are invited for walks in the nature and you may already see the Alpes and feel encouraged to discover more. The spacious apartment is devided in a comfortable and optimal design. Several persons may find for the time being their individuel place. Nevertheless the room offers also space eating or watching TV together. The nice looking bathroom let you feel at home. When you will enter the house just take the common stairway and upstairs you will find your apartment with you complete privacy. We are a family with 5 persons with a dog living up- and downstairs. We offer you our support for planing your trips in Southern Bavaria. We speak German, English and Spanish. You will find a commercial market 300 m nearby. Their are opportunities for breakfast and snack. Public parking is provided in the steet. From the location you may have day trips to Munich, the Alpes, Neuschwanstein Castle, Zugspitze, Augsburg und Ammersee bzw. Starnberger See (Bavarian Lakes).
