We would be happy to welcome you, in this beautiful lush property dating from the XIV century - Beauty, altruism, freedom hosting, friendliness , originality are our keywords :-) Importent to note that the listing is for : The ground floor : living room(s) dining room (250 m2) - Park - Sound system 600W - 1 double bedroom offered for 1 night. - 15 people minimum during week-ends(except multiple nights) Aside from the park, you will have access to the living room, dining room, toilet and American kitchen the entire 280 m2 ground floor. Useful in case of rain! The main house consists of several adjoining buildings, a part of which (separate and reserved for the owner, Phil). Don't worry, Phil is cool and you'll have all the freedom. You may have noticed an indoor pool (which is not listed) on the satellite photo. If you need the pool heated that is a serrate item. There are tables, chairs, covered etc, enough for about twenty people, as well as a 600w sound system. If you need something, ask us :-) List of things to think about : Transparent trash bags (for recyclables) 70L trash bags(for bottes) or fabric bags ground coffee/sugar/milk for the next day (apirin?) ;-)
