Côté Sud-Gli Aranci, A Unique Villa

A 255sqm Villa with local architecture and Italian interiors located in an exotic garden surrounded by lush vegetion in S. Mahé on Intendance road which leads to the powdery white Intendance Beach 1Km long and turquoise blue seas. 15 minutes walk or 5mins drive. About 10 other beaches at 5/10 mins from the property - Car retal suggested. Gemma the housekeeper is very reliable and honest. The caretaker Sohel sleeps at the property and guests can feel safe . 2 safes + Aircon in bedrooms The main villa is 255 sqm and has 2 air conditioned double rooms, The Master bedroom with King Size bed and 1 sofa bed nd the 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed - 2 single beds can be added in the living room. It has wide roofed veranda decorated with a dining table, 6 chairs and sofa set; spacious living room with antique armchairs, table, wooden settee, wall sofas, TV Flatscreen. 1 dining room with a table and 6 chairs and library shelf; the kitchen features a big fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker with oven, pots, dishes, cutlery and all necessary equipment; in the villa there is a good stock of linen. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an adjacent veranda furnished with 2 armchairs and 1 table; the main bathroom (4x4m) is equipped with 2 washbasins, angular bath tub, shower, bidet and WC; angular bath tub, shower, bidet and WC; The second room has a double bed with adjacent bathroom with wide tub, internal showers and wash basins all decorated with mosaic gems and furnished with the best Italian products. The flooring is of wood in the living, dining and bedroom – the rare “Takamaka” - whilst the rest of the floors are of Italian “cotto”. All houses are equipped with air conditioning in bedrooms and ceiling fans in the veranda. Wireless Internet (WI-FI) FOC Baby cot available and extra beds can be added for families with children. Daily maid service except for Sundays and Public Holidays. The cleaning is done between H10 - H14 - If you close the house during these hours cleaning will not be effected. The plunge pool is part of Villa Gli Aranci and only for the use of clients of the villa - If the villa is free or if there is an upgrade from the smaller bungalows the small pool is open to everyone. We do not provide transfer but we can arrange for a car Hire or a taxi to transfer you to Cote Sud. The car Hire will cost Euro 35 per day for a small car and Euro 45 for a Terios. We can organize the car hire for you and the car will be delivered/drop off at the airport or at any point of arrival and departure free of charge. The taxi will cost Euro 60 per way. The airport is 30 minutes drive to Coté Sud and 40 minutes to the Port in Capital Victoria. The bus stop is a 2 mins walk from the Property - We do recommend the rent of a car to tour the island and to discover the beautiful beaches around . We also ahve a gardener and a pool guy who takes care of the gardens and small pool. Gemma when we are not around will be the person to greet you and she will take good care of you. She knows her islands very well and she can give you all good advise. S he is a very good cook specialized in Fish BBQ, some good curries of chicken and other local recipes - I have also taught her how to do some good spaghetti dishes too. Coté Sud is situated in the smll village of Quatre Bornes in the most souther part of Mahé - There time stood still as toursim is not as developped as the northern side. The people are very courteous, welcoming attitude and ready to help you getting around. The area is very safe day and night. If you want to see the "peole" the best time is at Sunday mass where you will see men and ladies dressed to the nines and vry colourful. The Church of Takamaka is also very beautiful and worth a visit. There are very well stocked supermarkets at walking distance from the house. You can order yr goods by phone and the the supermarkets can deliver. Fresh fish is normally sold along the road when the fishermen come back from their catch at about 10am and 4 pm. Vegetable/fruit are found on stalls along the road too. We recommend to rent a car to reach Coté Sud upon arrival and also departure - Access is very easy as there is only 1 coastal road from the airport /port to/fro Cote Sud. The car can be delivered at your point of arrival and departure and it costs less than a taxi. The bus stop is just a few steps from the house but it is normally very crowded - It stops every 45 minutes to go to Intedance Beach, Aiport, Town and other villages.
