Beautiful peaceful large comfortable king double in lovely victorian house on one of the best tree lined streets in West Hove, quieter end of the city, but not too far out. Warm spacious, new and clean. Minutes walk to the beach. Inspiring, garden and decor. House reflects satisfying lifestyle of the lucky location. A warm welcome to all guests. 5 Min walk from the train station. Room has many facilities for dedicated use, fridge, basin and TV. The room is within a shared B&B guest house with other rooms where the ethos is peaceful and calm. Where you can really be yourself. It is a Victorian house where old meets new. with a sunny simple classic front garden for morning sun and refreshments. Clean modern facilities in a classic red brick English townhouse. Inspiring and relaxing surroundings, comfort. A lovely comfortable bed and very self contained space. Very private and separate space, left to your own devices if you want or meet me if you want. I am a host who knows how to care well and with this house a perfect base to explore the city and surrounds, which i am proud to be part of .... and of course to share it. I am a food lover, plant lover, culture lover, sociable ... Its really wonderful here, Brighton and Sussex are great to visit, it will not disappoint. Much to my delight, this really has become a special and highly regarded homely place to stay, hope to see you soon. Front garden. Spacious bedroom. Mini dining/breakfast area. Full Kitchen (limited timing access, 7am-9pm) . Toilets. Showers room. Bathroom . By arrangement and in fair weather the rear garden can be used. Parking is restricted on the street to residents only 6-7pm and 11-12am, outside of those hours parking is free on the street. All day free parking is available to the west in some of the residential streets within a short walk. I live in the property , in a separate private areas and if not there, I wouldn't be far. Very available for hosting, but also respecting privacy when required , the room you'd rent is on the 1st floor of the house with its own dedicated facilities. The wider house has Wood fired pizza oven, large rear garden inc summer house and beautiful planting. In the house there are also many other rooms, often open to socialise when the time is right or the weather permits. A lovely, proud yet kind an open minded street, classic victorian houses with lovely wide 'garden city' style design. Charming west Hove is the quieter end of the city, good if you want Brighton but not at full blast the whole time. Local facilities are good. High street within 3 min walk From good pubs to supermarket to Lebanese supermarket, restaurants, cafes of all types, vegan coffee shop to micro brewery. An ever developing, by the month, booming area. It's not too pretentious but the current growth area of our city with excellent transport connections. We are close to the watersports lagoon, the harbour, the beach and promenade. A walk or cycle, along the flat and broad beach promenade into Brighton city centre from us is one of the most enjoyable in the world... in my opinion. a must to try, all year round. 10 min walk from the beach. 5 min walk from the station. Brightons social bicycle (these are great!) for hire have a pick up and drop off 2 min walk from the house, bus stop on main route at end of road or taxi/uber into city centre. Walking is brilliant, all flat no hills all the way into the city. Country walks and other wonderful places to visit nearby, within short access to the downs .
