Clean, comfy and near the bay

Private room with queen bed and access to the beautiful pool and outdoor sitting area. You have your own bathroom and sitting room. Relax in the comfort of the home or it's only a short distance (5min drive) to the beautiful waterfront at Wynnum/Manly. Short or longer-term stays are welcome. The room is at a separate end of the house to the bedroom used by the owner of the house. Comfortable space with full use of the wardrobe and bedside tables for storage. There is a ceiling fan in the room as well as air-conditioner/heater. The room is close to the bathroom and toilet. Free access to wi-fi. As a guest you'll have access to the whole house including the pool and outdoor areas. You can feel free to use the kitchen to store and cook meals. There is a TV room available for you at your end of the house with a comfortable couch, smart TV, and dvd player. As the owner, i'm a single female who likes to keep to myself when I'm home from work in the evenings and on the weekends so you'll have your privacy. I have a car and would be happy to drive short-term guests to the waterfront, local shops, gym, etc. if I'm available. If you require multiple trips during your stay we can negotiate this for a small charge to cover costs. I do have 2 small dogs that are allowed inside the house, so if you're not partial to dogs then this probably isn't the place for you. They're friendly dogs but will probably bark a little the first time they meet you, once you give them a pat you'll be friends for life. Manly West is a nice neighbourhood, less than 5 minutes drive to the beautiful waterfront where there's plenty of cafe's, bars and shops. The train station is a 15 minute walk away or the bus is 2 minutes. Plenty of available parking either in the driveway or on the quiet street. I have a bicycle and helmet which I'm happy to lend out so long as they're looked after and the bike chain and lock are used when leaving anywhere. The Manly waterfront is a 5 minute drive away. I'm open to short-term and longer-term stays of up to 3 months. Happy for couples to share the room, but there is a small additional nightly charge for more than 1 guest. Two small dogs also reside at the house and have access to inside and outside. They're very friendly dogs, but are protective of the house so I'd prefer to arrange check-in for when I'm home so that you can be introduced and reduce the likelihood of them barking.
