The kitchen on the first floor has a coffee machine with pods. You can also use the fridge. Parking is free for two cars. The garden is also at your disposal. This area, called Landala Egna Hem, was planned at the end of the 19th century. The first house was completed 1913 and the rest of the houses were built in the 20ies.
