Calm country house with swimming pool

Our gite is recently renovated and can be found in the stunning Limousin region. The gite garden is fenced off. Our visitors also have access to a larger garden with swimming pool, (May to Sept per the weather), trampoline, table tennis, volleyball, swings, darts, BBQ and bikes. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - one boasts an on-suite bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Downstairs there is a fully equiped open kitchen with dining and living space. Our four legged friends live opposite the gite. The village of Ladignac-le-Long has a baker, butcher, bar/café, chemists, doctor, Post office, hairdresser, and village grocery store. You can find supermarkets around 15 kms away in nearby Saint Yrieix la Perche or Nexon. Larger towns such as Perigueux and Brive are an hour away by car and Limoges with it's arirport are around 45 minutes. The local train station is 6km from the gite Ladignac has it's own lake and there is also a much larger lake 10kms away that has many family activities such as rail-biking, tyrolien, and accrobranch.
