Suits those who are looking for a few days away from it all or a longer stay due to relocation or work on the North Shore or in the City. The bedroom has a Queen bed and a built in wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There is a full bathroom with bath and separate shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle and toaster, under-counter fridge, microwave, mini-oven and single induction hob. Cutlery, crockery and glasses all provided as well as a full set of pots and pans. The kitchenette also contains a washing machine. The lounge has a sofa that converts to either two single beds or a king. There is also another sofa, a dining table and chairs as well as a TV. It leads out to the deck, looking onto the garden. You can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink or a meal on the deck which has a pair of loungers and a table and chairs. There is also a Weber gas BBQ on the deck for your own use. Your hosts, Mary & Brian, will greet you on arrival and will do their utmost to ensure that you have a memorable stay. They will be available when needed to assist in any way. The area and the beautiful family-friendly swimming beach is located along a stunning coastal walk. Stroll to the the beach and village shops, just a couple of hundred meters away. There you will find popular cafes, restaurants and takeaways as well as a supermarket. If you are looking for a greater retail experience, we are just 10 minutes drive from a modern shopping mall which has everything you could need as well as a cinema complex. Regular buses to and from the city are just a short walk away. You can be at the Viaduct or Sky City in 45 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by car (off-peak).
