Our two bedroom (4 bed) apartment is one of the largest you will find in Williamstown. It is on the first floor accessed by stairs from the street but also has an electric stair lift. We have furnished it to a high and comfortable standard. Large screen flat TV can be seen from both lounge and dining plus free WiFi. The main bedroom has a queen bed with it's own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two king singles serviced by an adjacent bathroom with a king single wall bed in lounge room. One of the features that makes are property stand out is not only it's size but it's location! Coles is 100 metres up the road and numerous restaurants, wine bars and shops are at our doorstep. We are 10 minutes walk to the city train station and bus stop is outside. three minutes walk takes you to the beautiful Strand waterfront overlooking the bay and city. Another few minutes takes you to the Nelson Place eateries and from here you could take a ferry to the city or St Kilda. Everything at your doorstep in a fully appointed spacious apartment. we have a single car space in the secure ground floor garage accessed by remote control. There are two electric roller blinds on the front balcony facing Douglas Parade together with an electric Vergola over the inner courtyard for very hot or rainy days. In summary a very spacious, elegant and comfortable apartment in the centre of beautiful Williamstown. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy all Willy has to offer on foot! The apartment is set for guests only as we do not live there. Accordingly no parts are off limits. We are available to help guests anytime. We live a 5 minute walk away but only see guests if required so they have total independence. Central apartment is just that. Across the road from a wine/tapas bar. Metres from numerous restaurants, coffee shops and 100 metres from Coles and many boutique shops. 3 minute walk finds on the renowned Strand waterfront and only 6 minutes to the metro rail station. We have one secure undercover car space in the communal garage accessed via the rear lane. After 5.00pm free, unrestricted parking in front of the building. A bus stop within metres and the railway satiation a 5 minute walk Further information can be found on the kitchen bench together with the garage remote control. The garage access is via the lane behind the building (gods Terrace) which is off Stevedore St.
