Clean, neat rooms in a maisonette. The home is in central Glenwood and is a close walk to shops, bars and a great park. There is a big deck with a braai and a bar, Gym, Pool Area with the same Fun people who work hard and play hard. Other rooms are available for longer stays, perfect for medical students/professionals, internationals doing research or a course abroad, postgraduate studies, travellers or business proffessionals etc. message to find out. The rooms is neat and comfortable. It has nice windows, a double bed, study/work desk and a chest of drawers. It also has a railing for hanging clothes, a shoe rack and some shelves with space to put your things and a few books. It is nice and airy and has a fan for those hot Durban days There is a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet; not ensuite but all other rooms each have their own bathroom. a shared Kitchen but you have your own space for any food, there are two fridges etc. a common lounge area with a dining table and the main attraction, The Bus Stop. There is more than enough space to be private or socialize. I'm always able to help/ offer advise/ socialise unless I'm away, which I will communicate to potential guests. I'm very sociable, and like to cook, braai and entertain when possible. I might invite you to join now and again Glenwood is a trendy, cosmopolitan and central suburb. There are a number of bars, coffee shops, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. (200- 600m away). The beaches are +-5km away, as are more nightlife and dining options. There is a park nearby with an outdoor gym and a jogging track. Ask us! Walking is an easy option for lots of things. Ubers/ meter cabs won't cost much as everything is nearby. An Uber to Florida Road/ nightclubs is about R30- R50. The street has a guard and entrance control and street parking is safe. There are three rooms in the upstairs house and 2 bed down stairs house. There are always housemate (airbnb's that never left ha ha). There is a cleaner on Mondays and Thursdays who can do your washing and will clean the room at no extra charge. There are 4 garages on the property as well as safe secure off street parking in a boomed off street.
