Jago apartment in Valpolicella 15 min from Verona

Large apartment with 3 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 2 bathrooms, spacious, bright and recently renovated. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dining room and 3 balconies with a beautiful view of the valley. Located in the heart of beautiful Valpolicella wine region, 15-20 min drive from Verona city centre and 30 from lake Garda. Only few minutes from Negrar di Valpolicella town centre and its renown hospital. The apartment is located in a small building in the hills of Valpolicella wine region. It has been recently renovated and offers every comfort. The wooden floors and contemporary furnishings make it lively and welcoming, a place where not only is nice to sleep but also to spend some moments of the day by cooking a dinner or for a moment of relax. In the apartment there is heating and a fully equiped kitchen with large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, sink, three double and one single bedrooms and fully furnished and 2 bathrooms. There's free WI-FI. The apartment is completely at guests' disposal. Check in is from 15:00 (3:00 pm) and you'll receive all the instructions few days before your arrival. Check out is at 11:00 am, this is to allow the operations of cleaning and recovery of the apartment. Unfortunately it's not possible to bring luggage inside the apartment before check-in time or to leave it after check-out time but It's possible to leave it in a safe place in the premises if requested. I live in a separate house inside the property so I'm available for check-in, check-out and general enquiries. Negrar and its villages are mainly devoted to agricultural, with production of cherries, vine and fruit, and of wines such as Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto. The house is sorrounded by vineyards and with a short walk you can reach the lively town centre of Negrar with its shops, markets and historical buildings. In few minutes you can reach the Lessinia regione, a beautiful plateau with forests and walking tracks. By car: The apartment is 15-20 minutes drive from Verona city centre and 30 minutes drive from lake Garda, there's private parking inside the property. By public transport: The apartment is located 1.5km far from the nearest bus stop in Negrar with connections with Verona city centre every 30 mins to 1 hour during daytime. There's no public transport service during the night. Please note that the road to get to the apartment is uphill and quite steep in some parts so It's not recommended to walk with heavy luggages. We provide blankets sheets and towels washed by a laundry that uses eco-friendly washing products. The apartment is cleaned every change of guests with eco-friendly products. I have two power assisted electric bicycles that I can rent to guests if requested.
