Happy Valley cottage on 5 acres. Close to beach

Cute cottage on 5 acres. We have horses and dogs (labradoodles) who like a pat. The cottage is private and away from the main house. Amazing views over the dam and through the valley and very quiet. Close (10 mins) to Caba beach, airport (20Mins) Byron (30mins). Very relaxing and chilled space. Open fire pit for winter. There is a small grassy fenced area connected to the cottage for any accompanying fur-babies to run around in. We have 5 acres with horses, a dam and lots of grassy areas. There is an arena and adjistment yards if required. There is a wide driveway and lots of space to chill and relax. The cottage is a nice space to lounge around or cook with an open kitchen. In winter we have an open fire pit and views forever. There is parking on site. The space has 1 bedroom with a double bed and an open plan area that can accomodate a single rollaway bed, kitchen and chaise lounge. We can also throw a mattress on the open area floor for kids. Wifi and ph reception can be a little sketchy in our area, not abad thing if you want to chill. Cottage only We are around and friendly. Beach is 10 mins drive. Shops and pub same distance. Roadside stalls a short walk. Madura Tea farm with tours a short walk away. Murwillumbah 10 mins away. We have bikes. There is no Uber services (yet). Taxis are available. We can organise local private transfers if required. We have a dam on the property. The front gate is electric and access is via a button at the entrance on the left hand side. (Look for the little sign). Take the driveway all the way to the top and park next to the horse trailer.
