Coogee & Maroubra beaches is a 10min(max) drive away or 15-20min bicycle ride. Whilst UNSW Global & UTS, English Learning College's located in Alexandria are also easily accessed from Kingsford. Westfield Pagewood for shopping & catching a movie at the cinema or Bondi Westfield is a close trip away too Guests will be able to access the downstairs area of the house. The rooms include Kitchen, informal dining area, Bathroom w wall shower (telephone), Laundry, balcony/patio area, backyard & outside covered pergola area. Our home is located close to public transport and has great access to shopping, cafes, beaches and University. All are within walking distance and public transport has direct route to the Sydney cbd & the metro tram lines. There’s on street parking (non-metered), otherwise bicycle or walking. Bus services are 2min walk from your door. The new tram system is also close by. Our house is great for short term stay for an interstate work seminar accommodation point.
