Burano Island – Venice. The little and bright house is located on a ground floor and it overlooks a quiet courtyard: it’s surrounded by the swirling colours of the island. Hospitality is completed by the availability of pretty small living area with dining table, a little fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with a shower, not a bath) and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The house is equipped with air conditioning system, and every window is equipped with a mosquito net. It’s available a baby gate to be eventually placed on the doorstep. The check-in from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Mrs Flavia and Mrs Gloria need to be informed by SMS or phone call, before your arrival, in order to organise your welcome to the ferry station .Mrs Flavia and Mrs Gloria will greet the guest on arrival and will be happy to provide all the necessary informations and house's keys to make your stay a pleasant and confortable one. If you know that you will arrive after 8 p.m., please alert the ladies before 8 p.m. so they can give you the instructions for the self check-in that you can do with the keys into the safe-deposit box. At check-in for each guest there is a daily tax (only for the first 5 days): 3 € per guest aged from 17 years onwards 1,50 € per guest from 10 to 16 years NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD Rules The courtyard is a common space, so please don’t make annoying noises from 2 p.m. to 4,30 p.m. and in the late evening. Parties are not allowed. You have to follow the rules about the waste recycling collection by finding them in the kitchen.
