Sovereign Harbour apartment

This 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the North Harbou of the Sovereign Harbor marina. The accommodation is 1 double room ( with four poster bed) and one twin bedded room. There are two balconies. The flat is fully equipped and has wifi. Sovereign Harbour North is a relaxing and peaceful environment to spend a few days The main balcony has chairs and loungers to enjoy the sun in the afternoons (the apartment is west facing so the sun stays on the balcony way into the evening in the summer). there is also a small side terrace off the second bedroom. The apartment is on the second floor of a block. there a several steps to the main door and then a couple down to the lift. for guests with accessibility issues the undercroft car park is down a short ramp and the lift can be accessed from there with ho steps. It should ne noted that the flat has a long hall with a couple of turns so it is not easy to maneouvre a wheel chair. We are not resident in Eastboirne but we will provide our telephone number and will be happy to answer any queries during your stay. We do have arrangements with local tradespeople in case there are any failures during your stay Sovereign Harbour is about 1.5 miles from Eastbourne town centre along the coast. The main marina is a short walk along the harbourside from the apartment and there you will find shops and restaurants. While the apartmetn overlooks the boast in the North Harbour, the beach is about 3 minutes walk away. There is good parking at the apartment with one allocated space in the undercroft car park, and additional visitors spaces outside the block. It is only a short walk to the ameneties of the marina, including a large ASDA supermarket as well as several other shops such as Boots and Next. There is a regukar bus service into town just a few minutes walk from the apartment. the small town of Pevensey with its ancient castle is about a mile away. there are several pubs in the town and regular entertainment. Our pricing is based on a weeks saty and we include cleaning, linen and laundry in our weekly price. For shorter stays we must charge and additional £50 to cover the cleaning services
