Chalet The Nest is a charming family chalet ideally located in a green setting with stunning views of the Val d'Hérens, Dent Blanche and Matterhorn, while guaranteeing quick and comfortable access to the 410 km of slopes and hundreds of km of hiking and mountain biking routes of the 4 Vallées (free public covered parking located below the ski lifts, less than 700 m from the chalet). The Nest is fully equipped and offers a sauna and an outoor jacuzzi in a verdant garden with spectacular views. The Nest is a completely refurbished chalet, it is very welcoming and features an open fire, 5 rooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, 3 different garden spaces to play or relax in the sun . Everything has been thought to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible: kitchen equipment, laundry room, ski room, play/work area with TV & Wii, WiFi, gas BBQ, sleds, ping-pong table, baby equipment... A charming mazot equipped with 4 beds and a stove, an indoor sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi (water is changed before every rental), a carport and 3 parking places are additional assets that complement the exceptional offer of The Nest. Detailed description: Lower groundfloor: - ski room accessible directly from the outside - small closet under the stairs with cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, groom, household products) - laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. - bathroom with double sink and bathtub - shower room with sink and toilet - small bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk beds), several built-in closets and a small desk. - small double bedroom with access to the garden - double bedroom with access to the garden. - sauna Ground floor: - Entrance hall with wardrobe, shelves and closet. Blankets and cushions for the benches - shower room with sink and toilet. - beautiful living open on the upper space with open fire and access to the terrace. - fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooking table, fridge, combi oven normal/steam, microwave, mixer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette pierrade and fondue appliances, etc.) with plenty of storage and cleaning kit. Upper level: - 1 charming little room with 2 single beds and storages. - 1 large mezzanine with TV, desk & sofa bed open on the living room that can be used as a play area and/or bedroom (either 1 single bed, or a 160cm double bed) Stand-alone Mazot: - 4 single beds (trundel beds). - stove - additional electric heater Garden: - 3 different spaces around the chalet for eating or lounging in the sun (solar beds available) - large terrace with tables for 12 people - new Barbecook gas barbecue. - jacuzzi with stunning views (water is changed after every stay) - ping-pong table and rackets. To avoid any surprise, we have removed all hidden costs from our offering: visitor taxes, charges, consumptions, final cleaning, fire logs, WiFi, ... are all included. Only sheets and towels are proposed as an option for an additional amount of 30 CHF per person (please let us know if you would like to benefit from this service when booking with us). We also propose snowshoes for rent. Possibility to rent ski lockers next to the ski lift. A detailed document explaining the functioning of the chalet and giving all relevant informations about the area (shops, restaurants, hikes, places of interest, doctors & pharmacy, ...) is at your disposal and will be sent to you in advance to help you prepare your stay.
