My husband and I love our Airbnb hosting business. We have a large, beautiful home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Pacific Pines. Our home is very peaceful, yet it’s only 4 minutes from the M1 motorway and 7 minutes from the theme parks. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. We offer self check in with key code entry and a light breakfast each morning of your stay. Free wifi, Netflix and both off and on street parking is available. We enjoy meeting our guests from all over the world, but we also give you as much privacy as you wish. This listing is for an air-conditioned queen bedroom for up to two people with a shared guest only bathroom. The room has a comfortable queen bed, double wardrobe, set of drawers and a bedside table with a lamp. We have three listings: Queen Bedroom 2 for two people with air conditioner and Queen Bedroom 1 and 3 for two people with ceiling fan; or all rooms can be rented for six people when available. Shared bathroom when other guest bedroom is booked. Access living, kitchen, dining, alfresco bbq area with pool, art studio and work spaces. No access to garage or other bedrooms. You are welcome to cook meals in the kitchen or order in. Shelf available in fridge and freezer for your cold products and a tub is available to store food in the pantry. We are located in Pacific Pines on the northern Gold Coast. We love living in this leafy suburb because it is so close to everything. There is a supermarket 200m around the corner, theme parks 8 minutes away and beautiful mountains and beaches all within a 20 minute drive. When travelling by car exit 62 from M1. Getting around is easy. There is a bus stop around the corner that will take you to the Helensvale Westfield or the light rail and train station. The light rail will take you all the way into Broadbeach which is close to beaches, Pacific Fair and the Casino. A train will take you north into Brisbane. There is free parking at Helensvale station if needed. * At this time we are only accepting double vaccinated guests. 3 queen bedrooms are available to book at this premises. 2 friendly dogs are at the property. 24-hour surveillance security cameras at the property.
