Our luxury villa is only 20 minutes drive from the fabulous beaches of the Mar Menor, with its bars, restaurants and water sports facilities. The spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings, combines traditional Spanish style architecture with contemporary furnishings for a truly luxurious experience. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace overlooking the golf course with views as far as the La Manga Strip and the Mar Menor. Outside the property there is a 6 person Hydrotherapy Hot Tub, 2 integral BBQ's, large furnished conservatory area, Table Tennis table, large swimming pool and a 5 hole putting green which can double up as a bowling green with a set of weighted carpet(mini) bowls. At the front is a double carport. 3 double bedrooms (alternatively can all be set as twin or triple bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, one of which is a large en-suite with dressing room, large 48sqm living/dining area The whole villa and outside area is solely for the use of the guests. There is a bar and restaurant on the resort in the clubhouse which serves a variety of dishes. You can sit inside or outside overlooking the 18th green.
