Enjoy complete privacy in this recently renovated granny flat studio. Located in a quiet residential area, we are a 15-minute walk to Merewether beach, as well as numerous shops and cafes. Perfect for short and long stays. Inclusions: washing machine, fridge, basic cooking facilities (electric frypan, toaster, kettle, microwave), TV, ceiling fan / heater & queen size bed. Our Granny Flat is located separate to our main house with private access. 2 guests maximum and no visitors. A private and separate granny flat studio featuring cooking facilities, lounge, tv, queen bed and bathroom. This granny flat is completely private. It is located 10-15 metres from the main house. Access to the granny flat is via the left side of the main house. We are extremely happy to assist if required but also want you to enjoy stay in private. Merewether is a beautiful coastal suburb of Newcastle. Amazing beaches, cafes and restaurants are all nearby. Westfield Kotara, Charlestown Square and Newcastle City are all a 5 minute drive. Parking on the street front is recommended. There is plenty of space and it is a very safe area. We are only accepting requests from guests who are doubly vaccinated and we will require evidence of your vaccination certificate prior to approving your booking request. Thank you for your understanding. There are some steps leading to the granny flat. If you have trouble with mobility, this may not be the best option for you. A maximum of 2 guests and no visitors to the property. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE STUDIO), AT ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT.
