Single Room close to Nottingham City Centre

Our single room is within a self-contained house, so you're assured of your privacy. There are two other double rooms at our house so you may be sharing with other guests. The house is 15 minutes walk from Nottingham town centre or if you prefer, 3 stops on the tram. As we don't live at the house we do not provide breakfast, but tea, coffee, biscuits and some other items are available in the kitchen. We live close by and are always happy to help if you have problems. A single room with single bed in a large comfortable house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Shared access to a comfortable tv-lounge, breakfast/dining room, kitchen, bathroon and toilet. Our 3-bedroomed house is self-contained, that is we don't live their ourselves, so you are ensured of your privacy. We are close to the town centre and have easy access to the Trent University campus, the Nottingham University campus and the Queens Medical Centre. As well as your own bedroom you will have shared access to a comfortable tv-lounge, breakfast/dining room, kitchen, bathroon and toilet. We live 10 minutes away and so are always available should there be problems that cannot be sorted by phone. Located in a quiet residential area with friendly and helpful neighbours. A few minutes walk from tram and bus routes.
