Our apartment is cozy and well equipped apartment 150m from Danube and city beach (Strand). It is close to the University campus. City center is 20min walkig away. The apartment is all new and redecorated with love and patience. EXIT Festival is just 20 minutes walking away. You will enjoy staying in this quiet apartment in the heart of the city's day and night life. The guests have free parking lot in front of the apartment. We speak English, Hungarian, German. City's top restaurants, bars and pubs are just few minutes away. The exchange office is in the street 100m from the apartment. Big shopping moll "Merkator" in which you can find big super market and many other shops is 5 minutes walking away. Markets, bakery, fruits and vegetable shop, small restaurants, etc. are near the apartment in the same street. From the main railway and bus station the apartment can be reached in 20 minutes walk (5-7 minutes by car). From "Nikola Tesla" Belgrade airport you have 50 minutes drive to the city. Novi Sad Fair can be reached in 15 minutes walking and Sport and Business Centre "SPENS" in just 5 mintues walking. ACCOMMODATION The apartment is 35m2. There is 1 room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for accommodation of 1-4 guests. The apartment is placed on 6th floor. The elevator goes to 5th floor and there are 10 stairs that leads to the apartment. 1. Living room with a dining area. You will have access to free unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. There are 2 sofa beds that can be transformed into a full double bed 140x200cm. 2. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The kitchen features a hot water, fridge, dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, microwave and water boiler. There are all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare meal for 4 persons. 3. A bathroom with toilet, hot water, shower and washing machine. At the disposal of guests are a washing machine, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron. We provide you with linens and towels. We can organize you transfer from and to airports of Belgrade, Niš and Timisoara. Also, we are available for all your quetions that you may have during your stay. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. The neightborhood is very quiet. Free parking lot is in front of the building.
