Seaview Villas are located on a hill, offering wonderful panoramic sea view from all the seating spots! We believe that the location makes the difference in our villas and in your holidays! It is only a few meters away from one of the best sandy beaches in North Crete! Just 10 minutes away from Rethymno city, 35 minutes away from the town of Chania and 1,5 km outside the old traditional village of Episkopi, where you can find all kind of shops and restaurants. Villa “Pyrgos” and villa “Avra” are two semi-detached villas in a 1.500 sqm area. Each villa has its own private 32 sqm infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi for up to 3 people, table tennis, private gardens, BBQ and playground for children! Although both villas are in the same area, we take good care of your privacy! The only part that you have to share with the other house is the parking area. Our villas are in one of the best locations for vacation in the whole Crete and we can assure you of that! In only 150m away from the front of the villas, you can find the one of the best sandy beaches of the north coast, the beach Episkopi, which is 10km long and was named after the village (Episkopi), which is only 1,5km away from our villas. The sea in this area is regarded to be the cleanest and most beautiful on the north coast. Even in the high summer season, you can easily find a secluded spot on your own or a strip with sun beds and parasols, if that is what you prefer. There are several taverns and beach bars directly on the beach, which they all are very popular to the locals and they are quite lively during the week -ends. The village of Episkopi has many shops, traditional taverns, cafes and some supermarkets for your supplies! According to the location, you can visit Rethymno city in less than 10 min or Chania city, which is about 30 min away! Villa Pyrgos is a 170 sqm villa which can accommodate 9 people and up to 10 if it's necessary. The villa is a two story building with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, comfortable indoor areas for 9 people and an amazing pool area! In the ground floor, which leads to the exterior area and the pool, you will find an open plan living /dining room with a fireplace, a seating area with a satellite TV, home-cinema and a dining table.There is also a well equipped kitchen next to the living / dining room. Only one bedroom with one double bed and a private bathroom is situated on the ground floor. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor. Two with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds. Two of the bedrooms are separated by one door, which is suitable for family with children! All the bedrooms contains private bathroom with shower/WC and (Website hidden by Airbnb) can also provide you with two extra removable beds and a baby-cot if it is necessary!
