An apartment of 75m² on the ground floor. The two apartments in this villa are for short term rentals. A connecting staircase but well separated with closed doors. You also have the possibility to rent the whole house. (5-6 rooms) Enjoy a quiet stay in a comfortable apartment. Beds are made on arrival and cleaning at the end of your stay is included. Secure parking. BBQ area on the terrace. There is enough private parking. We don't live at the property but can be there in about 10 minutes if needed. Il y a une boulangerie et un restaurant aux Pujols. Les grand supermarché sont 10 minutes max du Gîte.
