Holes Bay View giving you a sea-side feel

A modern upside down house that benefits from holes bay views with open plan family living sleeping 8 guests and a travel cot/highchair is available. The holidays started when you sit back and enjoy a glass of wine taking in all the bay has to offer, watch the boats go by, the summer quay fireworks can been seen over the bay through the window. Offering off road parking for 2 cars and free roadside parking is plentiful. Family bookings only we are not a party house, quiet policy after 10pm. Only a 10 minute walk to the local Hamworthy beach/park area with cafe childrens playarea, free tennis court,splash paddling pool. Sandbanks is a short 15 minute drive away. Pool quay is a 5 minute drive in the car or a 25 minute walk (20 if your a faster walker!). The ground floor houses a large master bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite walk in shower and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 contains a kingsize bed opposite the main bathroom. Next to this is the 3rd bedroom containing two bunk beds. A fully equipped kitchen with large family fridge, and the essential wine cooler! and a dishwasher.A tabletop freezer is in the laundry room for your holiday needs. A games room in the garden for the children to escape the adults!! or family fun. There is a BBQ on the patio area dont forget to bring your coals. High speed WiFi is available. Selfcheck in via a lockbox for your convenience. I would like to reassure guests that every effort is taken to thoroughly clean using antibacterial products on all surfaces during each changeover. We are asking all guests to report any covid symptoms. There is lots to do nearby, Poole quay hosts regular entertainment and events for everyone. You can get a boat from Poole to Brown Sea island, a National trust site and hopefully see a red squirrel. Splashdown water park, cinema and a bowling alley complex can be found at Towerpark. Along with numerous restaurants and a supermarket. You can get the ferry from Poole to Studland to visit Swanage and the steam train that goes to Corfe Castle. Bournemouth is close by where you can visit the Oceanarium, the Bournemouth Eye, the gardens, mini-golf, and a theatre. Or head to the New Forest National Park with its free roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys and enjoy walks and biking in the woodlands. A bus is available 5 minute walk along with poole council scooter and bike hire. Hamworthy train station is a 5 minute cab ride. DECORATED FOR XMAS🎄
