Lovely self contained flat in grounds of country house. There is a sofa bed for children if required. Rural location but only 5 miles from Plymouth City Centre and 10 minutes from Derriford Hospital, Marjons and 15 minutes from the Plymouth life centre. Stunning views of the river Tavy and a great walking area. There is a slipway able for your own kayaks. There are pool and tennis courts available at the owners discretion. Country pubs nearby. Please note the flat is adjoining the main house. Guests can use the tennis court and we have river access to a great river, which guests are more than welcome to bring their kayaks to use. Guest can walk around the estate and down to the river and slipway. They can use the pool and tennis court at the owners discretion. The host is always available for tips on great walks, places to eat etc. We are only 5-10 minutes from Derriford Hospital and 2 minutes away from a very good village store. We are 5 mins from the edge of Dartmoor. You may need a car to stay at the property but you can walk to the village shop and local pub. Plenty of parking and very quiet, with fantastic views Children are very welcome, we have a sofa bed.
