This bright, comfy property is situated south of Edinburgh, and only 25min travel to City Centre by train or bus. Has main front door, internal stairs leading to property, where all on one level. Main bedroom has double bed, 2nd has a futon with double mattress, and a double inflatable mattress with electric pump is also available. It’s fully furnished, bed linen and towels are provided, and all kitchen necessities, cutlery, crockery, microwave, toaster etc, and washing machine and tumble dryer. This is a lovely bright spacious 2 bedroom property located in the south side of Edinburgh. Guests have access to everything mentioned, accommodation is private and no amenities are shared. You will be completely independent during your stay, however, I am more than happy to assist you in any way throughout. My contact details will be provided prior to your arrival. The flat is located in a lovely quiet residential area with no through traffic. There are several Restaurants and Public Houses nearby, and a Tesco Supermarket is within minutes away. Train station and bus stops are easily accessed as only minutes away, and offer a great regular service. Edinburgh city Centre can be only 25 mins away, depending on which option you travel. Access to City Bypass for any further travel is also minutes from property, so central to reach all areas. The property has a private front door with stairs leading to level where all accommodation is accessed. You would only use the stairs when arriving or leaving property.
