Ferme de Noyes - “Norton Room” sleeps 3, en-suite

Ferme de Noyes B&B offers our guests two beautiful modern rooms with en-suite within breath- taking French countryside. Enjoy a great nights sleep set in the idyllic rural countryside and wake up refreshed ready for breakfast. Guests have access to our spacious garden, living and dining spaces along with plentiful parking. Continental-style breakfast is included and can be enjoyed on the terrace in summer. The Norton Room has a double and a single bed, so sleeps up to 3 people. It has an en-suite shower room, and a fully opening Velux window giving an amazing view over the countryside. We are perfectly positioned for day trips in all directions to visit all that Normandy has to offer. We have ample parking for cars, and secure undercover parking for motorcycles and bicycles. There is an equipped workshop for basic maintenance (on request). Just a few minutes drive/walk from the charming village of Le Fresne Poret, where there is a shop, cafe/bar and garage. We are also close to walking/cycling paths (Veloroute La Normandie) with lovely roads for both cycles and motorists. The town of Sourdeval is a 10 minute drive and offers shopping, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful Parc Fosse Arthour, with lake, waterfalls and rock climbing is only 15 mins drive away - highly recommended for all. The Normandy beaches and St Malo are within easy reach for a day trip. Le Fresne Poret is a small village, with a Tabac. The neighbouring village of Ger is 5km away, there you will find a small supermarket, boulangerie, bar/restaurant, pharmacy, post office, hairdressers and ironmongers. We are only one hour away from the ferry at Caen, and St Malo, and so if you are heading further south, we are in an ideal spot to break your journey. The lane up to the house is narrow and has some tight bends. Please drive slowly and be aware vehicles could be approaching from the opposite direction, occasionally including large farm vehicles so mud could be on the lane so motorcyclists and cyclists please take care.
