Hello! We are making great efforts to clean and disinfect our rooftop room in response to Corona 19. We follow the cleaning guidelines recommended by CDC and Airbnb, so please make sure to use the property cleanly as well. We also offer self-check-in and self-check-out as part of social distance. For those who are traveling from overseas, we are only accepting those who have tested negative from the Corona19. Convenient access from and to Seoul. Private space with nature in the surroundings. Two restrooms and a kitchen. We prepared a party mirror ball, dart game, mini table pool, and mini Fussball, sound system for music and card games for your entertainment. It is a house located at a quiet private location surrounded by nature in Suwon. A 5-minute bus ride from Sungkyunkwan University Station, the place is conveniently located for transportation. Right next to our place there is a recently built bowling alley (15 lanes). It takes 1 hour 20 minutes from Incheon Airport to Suwon by limousine and it takes 10 minutes to the hostel from there. WIFI with excellent connection. Korea's famous Floor Heater & ION Heater. A space of good memories where guests of various backgrounds could stay. We welcome everyone and anyone with a happy heart! For the privacy of our guests, we will communicate with guests through Airbnb messages and send and receive via SMS or phone messages. In response to the risk of infection of Corona19, for those coming from abroad, we only accept reservations who tested negative. For the safety of other guests, please inform us of the quarantine result. There is a nice mountrain trail, called Haeuso, nearby. There is a good distance from the other neighboring houses, giving you a good space of private freedom without any interruption. Also, Mansuk Park is nearby where you can enjoy the 'Hwaseong' cultural asset of Suwon and engage into various activities. The stop to Airport Bus is 10 minutes away from our place and thus make it super easy to get to the airport. The nearest subway station is Sungkyunkwan University Station (Line 1) and it is 5 minutes away from our place by bus. Please be aware that there will be potential noise when people are using stairs. There is no noise between upstairs and downstairs in this 2nd storied building.
