This is a bunkhouse cabin that sleeps up to 6 on our 8-acre tree farm. It has a log full size bunk bed and a queen log bed. It has lights and electricity. It has heat, but no air conditioning and no plumbed water. Its location is under a large maple tree so it keeps cool in the Summer. Our outhouse is 50 ft away. Guests can use the Barn amenities from 8 am to 9 pm. Amenities include kitchen, bathroom, shower, laundry, and a fridge. Wifi is available property-wide. Wifi TV provided. potable water This is a place to sleep inside. Its dry, comfortable, heated, and out of the weather. Bedding is provided. Electricity is enough for lights and to charge electronics. Wifi is provided. Two vehicles allowed. Extra people beyond 2 are $10 each per night. Property is gated, fenced, and monitored. Ample parking. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We have inside dinner tables and outside picnic tables, a group firepit, and firewood is provided. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, rabbits, and quail. The barn downstairs is a common area that is shared with other guests. It has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a shower. WIFI covers the entire property. There is a Loop exercise trail that circles property and offers 30-degree climbs. This is not flat land. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam river access is less than 1 mile. Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away. Roads are paved and graveled and steep. We have a 1 week stay maximum. We also rent out RV and tent sites on the property. We have 3 Active Beehives on the farm and bees are fun to watch. Exciting news! We have gone solar. We now have kayaks, life jackets, and paddles to rent for $30 day. interact with guests and host at will farm No running water and no cooking at the bunkhouse. This can be done at the barn.
