Vara (वारा) Located just 5 kilometres or 10 minutes away from the Chandigarh International Airport, this jewel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood on Airport road at Aerocity in Mohali. Paradise Suite The Paradise Suite on the first floor of the Vara (वारा) has glorious view and the quiet, pastel houses down the lane. A luxurious, king bed furnished with all of the comforts of home. Relax and enjoy your stay with a warm cup of chai. The kitchen is only a few feet away! Vara (वारा) is a 9 bedroom home stationed 15 minutes from the city beautiful Chandigarh. If you are in the heart of the city, our humble place is a true respite from the constant bustle and peering eyes. If you are headed up and into the mountains, we are the perfect pause before you wrestle the winding roads. We would be pleased to offer you an evening to unwind overlooking a splendid view of both mountains and plains. Guests will have access to a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, a dining area to enjoy meals and living room to relax in. Let’s describe my lovely neighbourhood, near my street we can go to the supermarket and restaurants in Mohali Citi Centre which is located 1 km from "Vara". Local Bus service, Uber, Ola are also available. Behind my neighbourhood we have a recreation park where lots of people have fun in the evening. My neighbours are very kind, friendly and useful. My neighborhood is very quiet and silent. If you do not have a car during your stay in Mohali, there are plenty of other options for transportation. Uber and Ola are widely used, download the app onto your phone, and standard taxis are available as well. There are many buses that go to other cities in the area. You can book a spot on one of those at the Tourist Information Center. Identity Proof - As Per Government Rules & Regulations, A Valid Photo ID has to be carried by each & every guest staying at our place “Vara”. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. All guests must present their identity proofs during check-in. Check-In / Check-Out - Check-in time is 2 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour of sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first in case we have another guest waiting for your room. CCTV Cameras - The building is equipped with CCTV Cameras. The presence of CCTV cameras in stairs, entrance give a sense of security & safety to the guests. Occupancy - We ask you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of additional guest charges in an attempt to keep costs down for you. However, we understand that from time to time you may want an additional guest to stay in the place. In the event that you need an additional guest, you may book an extra bed for an additional charge. Youth - Guest under the age of 21 is entirely welcome just they will need to be accompanied by parents or guardians. Married Couples & Families - To keep our guests and ourselves comfortable we limit our house and rooms to be booked only by married couples and families. Visitors - We do understand that you have friends & relatives around the city. They do welcome to our home. Maximum of two visitors are allowed to visit in our house along with their government identity proof as per security purposes. Incase the visitor stays then it will be considered as an additional guest. Pets - Pets are cute but out of respect to other travellers and those with allergies we do not allow pets in our homes. No Alcohol, No Smoking, No Drugs, No Events - If you’re coming to our town to party there are many great places around. Unfortunately, our place is NOT one of them. We have a strict No Alcohol, No Smoking, No Drugs, and No Events house. Though we are sure it won’t come to us.
