This oversized and luxurious family or friends home is located in the elevated suburb of Coomera and boasts four contemporary bedrooms and three brand-new bathrooms and is fit for eight guests. The lower level offers modern, open-plan living with a large lounge room boasting sleek couches and a large TV, sitting alongside an eight-person timber dining table and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen offering all the high-end appliances. Make use of the gas cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and dine indoors or al fresco in the back courtyard which features an outdoor dining table for eight. Step out of the dining area and into the lush landscaped gardens that are fully enclosed and ideal for soaking up the rays or relaxing on a warm day. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom featuring a double bed and a built-in wardrobe with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. While upstairs you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed, luxurious timber bed frame and a pristine ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower, chic vanity and a toilet. Two additional bedrooms both have two single beds and can sleep four guests in total. There are two additional bathrooms—with the main boasting a luxurious tub. An additional cinema room has Netflix, keeping the kids occupied for hours, while a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is an added luxury. Plus, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, on-premise parking plus endless street parking, and air conditioning.
