A lovely four-bedroom house in the centre of the charming town of Tillicoultry. Upstairs has two bedrooms which can each be set up as a King size bed or two single beds. There are two double bedrooms downstairs giving the place the capacity to sleep an eight-person group comfortably. The property also benefits from an enclosed lawned garden. A well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with 43" TV, free WiFi, and ample on-street parking complement this lovely accommodation. The lounge has a 43" TV connected via WiFi to the broadband so Guests can log into their Netflix etc. accounts if desired. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. We also provide the washing liquid for the machine and soap/shampoo etc in the bathroom. The guest group has full access to the entire four-bedroom house, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The hosts are available by phone or email if necessary but we do not live at the property so you'll be unlikely to meet us. As the hosts are not on site, please be aware that in any case of emergency you are responsible for managing your own evacuation and checking that everyone in your group is out safely. Please take time as you arrive at the property to ensure everyone is aware of the exit and ensure vulnerable Guests are considered in your plans. There is ample free parking in the public car park immediately opposite the property. Local shops, restaurants and takeaways provide for all your catering needs. Gemini House is in the middle of the rural town of Tillicoultry. For tourists, it is ideally located being just 7 miles from the Wallace Monument, 10 miles from Stirling and its famous castle. We are just 14 miles from Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park. In the other direction is only 38 miles to Edinburgh and 42 miles to St Andrews.
