We are making it available now while we concentrate on another project in the local area. Parking on-site is available with 2 driveways with a 5 vehicle capacity. Bus stops are located at the end of the street and connect to shopping centres and train stations. There are 3 bedrooms on offer with sleeping capacity for 6 people. The fully renovated bathroom provides all services including a washing machine. The lounge has 3 sofas as well as gas heating and air conditioning. The kitchen / dining area is a good space with a dining table (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and 10 chairs. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with most necessary items including a dishwasher, a 500 litre fridge and a 900mm Teknica gas/electric stove. The house extends past the areas mentioned above but we are retaining that for personal use at this stage. If you have a larger group we may be able to assist you as well depending on your particular requirements. Feel free to enquire. You can escape the city and head into the Yarra Valley by passing only 1 set of traffic lights. Wineries, farm produce stalls and restaurants abound. You will find most everything you need for shopping within a 10 minutes drive radius, Eastland being the most extensive shopping centre. The local Coles supermarket and assorted strip shops are within an easy 500 m walk.
