Charming apartment in a small mountain village

The apartment is located in a small village, with lovely old buildings, where the church bells ring, like in old days, three times a day and the locals say hello to strangers. There are excellent restaurants in the village, bars, a pharmacy, traditional butcher's, post office and bakery. Bigger supermarkets and more restaurants are within a short drive. The apartment consists of a bedroom, spacious kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. The owner lives on the ground floor. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via an independent entrance. There are stairs, so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. The area is famous for excellent sheep cheese, authentic pasta dishes, non-GMO spelt, lamb meat, medieval hermitages and monasteries, mountain walks, cycling routes, rock climbing, natural spring spa towns and its breathtaking natural beauty. Many excellent wine itineraries are within an easy reach from the village. The sea is 45 mins away. There is a bus going to Pescara with beaches, restaurants and excellent shopping a few times a day.
