Cottage of Ava's Village

Grey Granite House in peaceful hamlet of the Breton countryside. 3kms from Ploeuc/lié (many stores : supermarket, fuel station, bakeries, butchers, hairdressers, pharmacy, restaurants, PMU...) 5-6 pers. + 1 baby (only one bathroom !) Outdoor area, barbecue, garden furniture, transat. Parking and local for bicycles or roof box. Baby equipment: bed, bathtub, transat, highchair. The animals are unfortunately not invited because we already have. The house is composed of 3 bedrooms on the first floor : 2 bedrooms with bed in 140 cm and dressing and 1 bedroom with bunk beds in 90 cm. On the ground floor : living room (with TV TNT) open on fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, senseo, coffee maker, toaster...) and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. The lodging is all comfort, bed linen, towels, blankets and plaid are provided. You will even have a survival kit if you arrive in the evening without eating ! Our schedules are flexible if you have anticipated your arrival/departure. The gite is adjacent to our house, you have your own outdoor space and an independent entrance... But we're not far away if you need to ! We are open to discussions and advice that we can offer you on activities, outings and restaurants... But we are not often there during the day of the week and my English is far from perfect, I have only the bases ! Biking, pedestrian or equestrian trails nearby. 20 min from the beaches and from Saint-Brieuc, Lamballe or Loudéac and SNCF railway stations. 15 min from Moncontour (classified in the most beautiful villages of France), Quintin with its castle or Uzel. 40 min from Cap Fréhel and the GR34, 40 min from Lake Guerlédan and the forest of Brocéliande. About 1 h from Saint-Malo, Dinan and Dinard, the island of Bréhat or Perros Guirec with the essential pink granite coast ! 1:30h from Mont Saint-Michel. 2 h 02 Montparnasse-Lamballe with LGV SNCF. Car rental possible at Lamballe's Leclerc when you arrive. Arrival by Ferries to Saint-Malo and Roscoff's port. Take the opportunity to come and relax here !
