Tucked away in a tranquil cove a gentle stroll from the beach, woodland and coast path, Sandy Toes offers an idyllic escape. Newly-refurbished, this stunning villa is decorated in neutral tones with splashes of colour & comfy furnishings. Sleeping up to 5 guests in 2 double bedrooms, Sandy Toes has a large raised decked area with views over woodland & towards the sea around 200 metres away. Located on the lower level of the beach resort, this single-storey villa is great for guests of all ages. Sandy Toes is presented to a very high standard throughout, with a high-spec shower room and open-plan contemporary lounge/kitchen/diner, which is a perfect social space for the whole family. The coastal villa is beautifully presented inside and out, with a large private wooden decked area looking out over woodland and the stunning Cornish coastline, just a couple of minutes walk away. On arrival guests are greeted with a welcome pack of essentials as well as a few delicious Cornish treats to get their stay off to a great start. All bed linen is included free of charge, with beds made up on arrival. Sandy Toes has free wifi throughout, Sky TV, Netflix, USB charging plugs in the bedrooms and all utilities are included. Inside Sandy Toes, the modern gloss kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, built in electric hob and cooker, microwave and retro-style fridge freezer. From a lounge area furnished with cosy fireplace and Smart TV, showing Sky and Netflix, large patio doors open up onto the spacious raised private decked area, an idyllic spot for al fresco dining overlooking the stunning woodland and coastal scenery. Sandy Toes welcomes up to 5 guests in its two bedrooms, either a family with up to three children or two couples. The accommodation includes a master bedroom with double bed and full-height glazed window looking out onto the decking and woodland valley. In the second bedroom, there is a triple bunk with a full-size double bed on the lower level and a single above, providing a versatile option for guests. All bedding included, guests are requested to bring their own towels. All of the accommodation is located on one level. There are seven small steps leading up the decking and private entrance. Within a couple of minutes walk of Sandy Toes are 65 acres of unspoilt woodland to the north of the resort, while the sandy shores of Millendreath Beach are less than 200 metres away. Plenty of onsite parking is available to guests in the onsite car park at Millendreath Beach Resort, at a cost of £20 for up to a week’s stay. This is payable on arrival, either at the meter or via the JustPark app (Millendreath Beach Resort Location ID 518867). A drop-off period of up to 30 minutes is allowed outside the villa, before guests are requested to return their vehicle to the car park. The car park is conveniently located just a couple of minute's walk from Sandy Toes. There is also an overflow car park adjoining the main car park. Surrounded by the coast and acres of woodland, Sandy Toes is a great base for exploring beautiful Cornwall. Millendreath Beach is less than a five minute gentle stroll from the holiday home. Sit back on the sandy shore, hire a paddle board from Sea Explorers, enjoy an ice cream in the Venus Cafe (closed during the winter months) or a chilled beer in the Beach Bar, overlooking the bay. To the north of the resort, ramble through 65 acres of woodland, build a den and reconnect with nature. For those wanting to venture further, the South West Coast Path passes through Millendreath and across rugged cliff tops to surrounding beach resorts such as the pretty fishing harbour of Looe. A few minutes drive from Millendreath, the bustling town of Looe is lined with shops, restaurants, takeaways and cafes. Enjoy fish and chips on the beach, try crabbing on the quay or a fishing trip. South of Looe is beautiful Polperro, where quaint cottages guide you passed tearooms, galleries and shops down to the harbour. There is so much for families to enjoy in and around Millendreath. Paddle boards, sea scooters, bodyboards and kayaks can all be hired from Sea Explorers on Millendreath Beach. Just 6 miles from Millendreath is Adrenalin Quarry, where adrenaline junkies can fly down zip wires, race around the karting track or ride a giant clifftop swing. At The Monkey Sanctuary, a few minutes from Sandy Toes, visitors can get up close to dozens of rescued monkeys, meander through the wildlife gardens, sample craft workshops and have fun in the play area. Venture a little further and The Eden Project, with its giant biomes, indoor rainforest and gardens, is a 40 minute drive away. Millendreath is a family resort and whilst we accept up to 5 guests, this is restricted to families with up to three children or two adult couples. We do not accept group adult bookings. No parties/events. Dogs are welcome at Sandy Toes (a maximum of one medium or two small dogs) at a cost of £20 for up to two dogs per stay. Please message for more details. Dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings, including beds, sofa and armchair, and must not be left alone in the accommodation. Dogs can enjoy Millendreath Beach before 9am and after 6pm from May to September, and at all times of the day from October to the start of May. To the north of the resort are 65 acres of unspoilt woodland to explore. Sandy Toes is a non smoking property, and smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the wooden decking area. For safety reasons, barbecues are not permitted on the wooden decking area. Any breach or the rules, may result in the termination of a booking and retention of the £100 security deposit.
