Bifora65 is a historic villa in the center of Orta, with a splendid lakeside garden just for guests and a recent contemporary renovation that has enhanced the original elements of the building. There are 5 apartments in the villa with different cuts and features. The property is for adults only. We recommend this central apartment for a couple who, in addition to the lakeside garden, would like to enjoy a private terrace with a lake view! Inserted in the historic villa “Bifora65”, of medieval and recently renovated, the apartment 4 has its entrance at the end of the short staircase inside the main courtyard (1 floor). In a contemporary style and on two levels connected by a design spiral staircase, it consists of a living room with a kitchenette (with 2 plates) and a sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Peculiarities: the maxi terrace furnished and enriched by cured boxwood borders and incomparable overlooking the planted garden and the lake. Attached to the villa, equipped and exclusive garden with a dock for docking. The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free. We do not provide towels for the lakeside garden. Unfortunately the villa “Bifora65” is not suitable for families with children. We cannot accommodate animals in this apartment. We are very sorry! Cars will be left at the Diania covered parking (free for you) about 500 meters from the house. The famous Villa Crespi restaurant is just 900 meters from the property.
