Beautiful thatched cottage - Dogs Welcome

Beautiful thatched cottage in rural Hampshire. We are very lucky to live in this fabulous village , in our original ( with a bit added on) 16th century cottage with lots of history surrounding the area, this is the perfect peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.. Our charming cottage has original oak beams , Inglenook fireplace, with 2 cosy letting rooms ( see other listing) with a thatch. Access is available to bedroom and lounge area, plus garden if its fine. This is a beautiful village in the heart of AONB with so many walks, pubs and site of national history including Stonehenge. There are many lovely small towns to wander in with antiques shops a plenty! You will need a car to get to us ideally however, Andover and Newbury both have fast trains to London and taxis from both towns will cost in the region of £20. There are no buses at weekends and sporadic during the week. Great place for cycling and I can assist with transporting luggage between locations if that helps you. We have a dog and 2 cats in our home
