Cosy flat with large balcony and private parking

Apartment for 4 people, bright and comfortable in a very quiet area. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with closets and dressers; large balcony and private parking in the courtyard. The house is open on 3 sides and has entrance with small living room and kitchenette, opened on a balcony equipped with fire place and relax area; 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed; upon request you can have baby cot for babies or children aged up to 2 with sheets and blankets included, also high chair and kitchenware for baby food; kitchen is equipped with full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, moka, oven. Also available hairdryer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, vacuum; beach umbrella and cool bag for your days out. Toys, books and beach toys available for children. The house is on the 2° floor with no elevator. The house is accessible in every part with no restrictions. I live in Cagliari but you can text me or call me for any doubt, question or request. If I should be away, self check- in is also possible. The town is small but provided with all facilities such as any kind of shops, supermarkets and so on, just a few minutes away. The area around the house is very quiet at any time of the day. In addition to the private parking in the courtyard, free parking is also possible in the street and in the nearby. Bus stops are located a few minutes from the house: line 9 connects Assemini with the center of Cagliari (terminal at train/bus station in piazza Matteotti); many other lines departing from the train station and transiting in the near via Roma will take you to all the other areas of the town, including the city beach (Poetto). Line 19 connects Assemini with Quartu S. Elena and some suburban areas of Cagliari. Assemini is also very near to the international airport of Cagliari-Elmas (only a few minutes by car) and many beautiful and famous beaches (Chia, Nora, Carloforte, Villasimius, Costa Rei, etc.) or sites of interest are about 1 hour away from there.
