The Bay Boutique Bed and Breakfast

Our fully refurbished Victorian property, in the heart of Freshwater Bay, is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and borders footpaths and cycle routes in an area of outstanding natural beauty. High speed Wifi and USB charging points available. The entire property underwent complete renovation during 2014/16.  Original period features have been restored but the house is now fit for the 21st century; rooms are equipped with USB charging points and Smart TVs connected to high speed Wi-Fi. The Bay has been certified as a Gold standard Green Leaders from Trip Advisor. Solar panels provide much of the building's electricity, heating and hot water, whilst lighting is provided by the latest energy saving LEDs and sensors turn lights on and off as required.  We are a small boutique bed and breakfast with three rooms (family, double and twin/double). The guest accommodation is totally self-contained with access to lounge/breakfast room all day. Guest accommodation is totally self contained. Owners’ living quarters are at the rear of the property and we're on hand as required to help and provide any information required. Such a beautiful place to live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just a short walk from Freshwater Bay itself. Guest always mention how quiet it is and we're a great place for star-gazing at night with dark skies absent of light pollution. Main bus routes at the end of our road. Less than three miles from Yarmouth ferry terminal. We border many footpaths and cycle routes. As well as bordering footpaths and cycle routes in an area of outstanding natural beauty. St Agnes, the Island's only thatched church, Dimbola Lodge photography museum and Tennyson Downs are located at the end of the road. You'll also find the wonderful Piano Café here.
