Nicely located in a green area. Close to the little town centre of Usmate Velate with the bakery and a bar 100m away. With 3 bathrooms and an extra bed it’s comfortable for 6 people at the time. Gas barberque at your disposal. Having a car is not a must but ideal. The nearest train stations are Arcore (2 km) and Carnate (3 km, served by public bus). Centre of Milan is a 20 minutes trip by train. The space is exclusively yours during the stay without having to share with host or other guests. Placed in a green surrounding, but located close to the town center. It has a generous terrace facing the garden protected by a tall hedge. Fruit trees in the garden can be harvested and enjoyed. You can access all rooms in the house. Please note that in the walk-in closet, the 2 wardrobes on the right contain our clothes. In the kitchen, in one of the cabinets is our pantry Always reachable by phone 25 km from Milan. 33 km from Como lake, 45 km from Bergamo Parking is right outside the entrance gate. The bus to Carnate train station can be taken from the town center 200 meters from the house.
