4 person granny flat in Blackwood hills close to beach(15min) close to the city off Adelaide (25 min) all shops in walking distance Belair National park it is a flat half built under the house so cool in the summer and warm in the winter 2 bedrooms  2 single beds 1 queen bed you have your own entrance and a whole house / flat living room kitchen bathroom and 2 bedrooms you can ask me anything quiet neighborhood but everything close by 3 super markets ,postofficee train bus lots off restaurant lots of animals koal's, possums, parrots and much more it is 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes to the bus
