The Lounge: Relax on our comfy sofas, watch our brand new 52 inch Smart TV. * Free Netflix included * The Bedrooms: Newly fitted, we have a comfy king bed in both rooms, a wardrobe and cupboard space, soft carpets and blackout Curtains. * All bed linen and towels are provided * The Kitchen: Everything you need to cook and dine. We have a cooker with oven and hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, dishwasher, pots & pans, cutlery, glasses, utensils and more. A table with 5 seats or alternatively lap trays. For laundry there is also a washing machine, iron & board. * Please use our complimentary tea, coffee, milk & sugar. * * Washing powder & dishwasher tablets are provided. * Bathroom & Shower room: There is 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 ensuite shower room also with a toilet. * We provide free shampoo, shower gel, soap & toilet paper * Parking: The free car parking space is situated just off Crescent Avenue Mews, PL1 3AP. The space is 5m x 2.4m (UK Government one space size). This is suitable for normal size cars, but not for lengthy vans. The entrance to the space is not ideal for very low profile sports cars, as there is a bump on the way in. (However careful driving could avoid this). Please note that although a safe area, use of the parking space is done so at the owners own risk. Alternatively there are several secure car parks nearby including Theatre Royal car park (£12 for 24 hours) or Western Approach car park (£5 for 24 hours). There is also free parking on much of the Hoe promenade from 18:00 to 08:00. The apartment is within a large Georgian town house on the Crescent. The building contains 5 apartments in total, each seperated with it's own front door. Justin & James both live locally and can be contacted 24/7. The apartment is located at the Crescent, a series of beautiful Georgian houses. Centrally located, it is just a few minutes walk from the city centre & Drakes Circus, Hoe promenade, Barbican and Millbay areas. It's the perfect location to get around Plymouth. it's very central so walking to great locations like the Hoe promenade, Barbican, Millbay, Royal William Yard and the city centre is very easy. The flat is near Royal Parade which is the cities hub for buses to get around the city. The train station is also only 10 minutes walk away. To make sure that we respect our neighbours we are currently not accepting guests with no reviews. Our flat is also not suitable for groups/parties who are likely to be abnormally loud such as Stag & Hen groups.
