Luxury apartment - most central building in Brno

The historic building of my apartment is the centre of Brno! It is close to restaurants and dining, cinema, theaters, concert hall, museums, shopping and nightlife. The place is completely renovated with beautiful high ceilings, brand new equipped kitchen and bathroom, cable TV, new, luxurious furniture and plenty of closet space. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers (strong wifi), and families (with kids). Train station less than 10 mns walk/airport 15 mns cab ride. The building is a renowned historical landmark. The apartment has been totally renovated. The whole apartment is for guests. Please note there is no elevator - originals stairs have been maintained. The apartment is on the second floor. You could not be in a most central location. All nice restaurants are within walking distance. Spliberk castle and Chruch of St James are both 5 mns walk. The famous Villa Tugendhat is also a must to visit. Tramway at the foot of the apartment, train station nearby, taxis across the square. The apartment is right in the center but very quiet as it faces a small courtyard. Since it is a historical building, the walls are very thick: it stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
