Use of kitchen, amenities, separate fridge/freezer. Dog, kid friendly. Large salt swim pool. Close Fremantle, beach, buses. Possible car hire. Our house is cosy, comfortable, fully air conditioned, zoned. We have a theatre room you can use. Outdoor area is beautiful with large pool. We have two small friendly dogs, mostly outdoors. Secure fence around property. Lovely area, lovely neighbours. We are mature couple with one teenage child, love travel and meeting people. We love having people stay, happy to socialise or not, depending on what you want. Can recommend places to visit. Happy to share our space with others. We are both teachers with Work with Children Checks. Can rent small car from us and organise babysit if you want a night out. Can walk to nearby park, playground, bbq, lake, ducks, outdoor exercise equipment. Many other parks around within walking distance. Possible 25 minute to walk to Woodman Point Jetty on the beach - 2.0 km. Small shop within 500m walking distance. Cafes at Coogee Beach and Port Coogee. Coogee Plaza which is 2km away has a pasticceria/pizzeria , Thai Café, Fish & Chips shop, a bakery, a continental deli, Khmer/Thai massage parlour, hair studio and a beauty salon. Stargate Shopping Centre is a 2km drive or 1.5km walk, which includes Spudshed. Lovely area, nice neighbourhood, lovely people. Bus is 5 mins walk, 10 mins to Fremantle, then can get anywhere from there on public transport. Possible to rent small car from us, economical 5 seater hatchback. Close to Coogee Beach and many walking areas around there.
