PRIVATE 1 bedroom 1 bath comfortable living space located less than half a mile south of Chicago. Guest enjoy a separate entrance. Spacious eat in kitchen with plenty of natural sunlight. The space has a stove, refrigerator & microwave. The home has a privacy fenced yard (yard is shared space). Guest enjoy a private suite. One off street parking space is available. This home has 1 queen size bed and 1 air mattress available. Guest are welcome to enjoy space as their own. Towels and bed linen are in the restroom. Please use washer and dryer to refresh linen during extended stays. There is a trash bin outside the back gate if trash fills up. Trash bags in kitchen drawer. Tuesday is trash day. This is a 5 bedroom 2 bath home. Guest have their own private living space with private entrance, eat in kitchen and bathroom on the main level of the home. There is 1 bedroom in the suite available to guest. There is also an air mattress if requested. 1 full bathroom and full eat in kitchen are available to guest. Everything is on one level. Just like having your own home! 1 free parking space is available to guest as well. Host does not interact with guest unless a request is made. Small village neighborhood a couple blocks south of Chicago city limits. Gas is usually a couple cents cheaper. I have attached locations on the guide that can help you locate different places to visit in the area and around the city. Usually pretty quiet. There is a bus stop located in front of the home that go towards the city and south suburbs. The metra is less than a mile away and the red line is about 10-15 minutes away. Uber, Lyft and Doordash are also available at this location. A toy poodle resides on the lower level and this area of the home may be occupied during your stay.
