The Garden Room

The Garden Room is a separate studio annex within a quiet, gated community in Ascot. Perfectly located for Ascot Racecourse but also for visiting local attractions such as Windsor Castle, Legoland, Windsor Great Park, Wentworth Golf Course and Thorpe Park. This annex attached to a house in a private gated estate is just a 10 minute walk from the racecourse and only a 15 minute drive into central Windsor. Guests have access to the private annex with a new double bed, a bathroom with shower and a full kitchen. There is plentiful parking 5 metres from the front door. We live in the main house so won’t be far away but are always accessible via text. Quiet gated estate in Ascot Ascot station (Reading - London Waterloo line) is a 30 minute walk through the racecourse with local shops en-route and there are also other shops a 10-15 minute walk from the annex. You can get a taxi from Ascot station but please contact us first to see if we are available to pick you up if coming by train. A car is generally recommended for visiting this area with Windsor Castle, Windsor Great Park, Legoland and Wentworth approx. 5-6 miles away. There is also a local hourly bus service. Happy to advise on this if you would like any further information or have questions. Our lovely cat is not allowed into The Garden Room regardless of how much she wants to. Please do not let her in.
