Cornish seaside family home in Falmouth.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is our family home in the Cornish seaside town of Falmouth. At the front of the house is a huge amount of parking and turning space. The kitchen/diner has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All the facilities you need for your stay. There is a separate tumble dryer in the garage. The extendable dining table seats 8-10. In the hallway there is a helpful long church pew, for taking shoes on and off. Coats can be hung in the under-stairs cupboard, where there are also extra chairs and the vacuum cleaner and iron. The lounge has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The TV has Freeview and there is a Blu Ray player too. There are patio doors out to the garden. There is a downstairs shower room and loo. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and an ensuite shower room, as well as a huge built-in wardrobe. Of the other bedrooms, one has a double bed, and the other has two single beds - the latter having another large built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a shower and a bath, as well as a sink and a loo, and a heated towel rail. Outside the bathroom is a large airing cupboard / linen storage cupboard. The back garden has a table and chairs, as well as a parasol. There is a charcoal BBQ for guests to use (charcoal not included). There is also a Cornish granite fire pit. The White House sits at the end of a lane, and has a footpath directly outside which leads downhill to Swanpool nature reserve and Swanpool Beach within 15 minutes walking. Gyllingvase Beach is also within walking distance (20 minutes), as is the town centre (25 minutes). There is a Co-Op and a fish and chip shop just a 10 minute walk away. Pitch and putt and crazy golf are within a 10 minute walk. The South West Coast Path is also just 15 minutes walk away, on which you can walk to nearby Maenporth Beach in around half and hour, which gives beautiful views along the coast. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood at the western end of Falmouth, close to country walks and beaches.
