Warren Studio - Airconditioned Retreat

Air-conditioned stylish studio nestled in a leafy green garden ... freshly painted and renovated. To keep a high level of cleanliness there is a window of 72 hours in between bookings, as recommended by AirBnB. Warren Studio is a freestanding building at the rear of the block, all set in a lush permaculture garden. Keys are accessed from a lockbox then the studio entrance is via the side of the house. This is a perfect staycation or a comfortable workspace away from home. The spacious Studio is located independently from the house, Fitted out with a dining table, comfy queen bed, beautiful linen, a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, sink, toaster and kettle. Television with free to air channels, Wifi NBN connection. Separate walk in robe and en-suite. Also a sheltered outdoor area with BBQ for your use. Parking is off street / on street, keys are accessed via lockbox and your own private access to this comfortable open plan accommodation. Outside in your own private courtyard and BBQ facilities. If you need some ideas or help in getting around just pop in and say hello. We are a fluent French Australian family and love to share ideas and of what to do locally in Beaconsfield, Perth and WA! I am also a great chef, if you are needing delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner ... contact me for a menu! Quite 1960's neighborhood, in a friendly Street, shops are not far offering delish local food and products for picnics or day trips. I know that little extras count so I can pick I can do cooked breakfast and light snacks. Loads of activities with bike riding to Fremantle or to South Beach (I can lend you my bike if needed) or catch the bus into Fremantle or Perth CBD. Bus stops are just around the corner. I can also offer the service of pick up or drop off at the airport for an extra cost. We can allow for pets with an extra $20 per stay. Preferring pets sleeping on their own bedding and must be de fleaed. Let us know before hand so we can organise dog water bowls and vacate pet cleaning. Early book in is possible for $25, please check with me beforehand. Children are welcome too!
