Featuring a big kitchen and living area in a relaxed environment, you will feel at home here whether it’s a few nights or a few weeks. Crack the wine, pour the beer and use the kitchen as it’s often the focal point for some good laughs. No Need for an overpriced Perth hotel or uncomfortable dormitory during your Perth visit, we welcome you to make your stay fun, enjoyable and trouble free. The room has a lockable door to keep your valuables safe. Queen size bed with side tables There is also space for personal items in the closets and drawers. Block out curtains to assist with a good nights sleep. Guests will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor areas. I work away from time to time and have very nice housemates who can help out and accomodate you with any questions or queries you may have. I am also contactable online when required. From the house you are approximately; - 15 minutes drive to Hillary's boat harbour. - 10 mins to Caversham Wildlife Park - 20 mins to the city. There is a golf course within 10 mins walk and the Swan valley is 20 mins drive away for all local wineries. Taxi, Uber and hire car is ideal. There is public transport available and train stations not too far away. The House is kept clean and tidy and would like to host guests who also value clean living. Looking to host travellers, Fifo workers and other genuine short term stayers. Apologies we cannot provide full time accommodation for locals during this rental crisis.
